Candy Crush Saga crashes on Facebook Login (android 7.1.1)

Hello!
After new installation of my Wifes Lifetab with Android 7.1.1 Candy Crush Saga crashes completly (disappear) by login with Facebook Account.
On her Mobilephone with Android 9 it works And its Connected to her Account. (She have solved > 1000 Levels!)

Candy Crush Soda Saga works fine with Facebook Account on the same Tablet.
What can i Do ?

Hi support. I have a king account but My facebook account got hacked .nw I can't sync my kingdom account with dat of my facebook. It kips taking me to level 1 instead of d level I am wit kingdom.

Candy crush is crashing every time I ask for lives what can I do to fix this? I am loosing life's and boosters when it crashes in the middle of the game.
