I lost all my inventory

I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for several months now and bought several power up packages. There was a glitch in my game so I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. When I did my progress was saved. My gold bars are available but everything else is gone. All my items from inventory such as the gummy fish, the sticky hand etc. Can you please help.

Hi @MistyGem and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. The gold bars and progress are stored on King's servers. The boosters and lives you collect are stored on the device's memory. This way you can reach them even if you are offline. Unfortunately, this also means that if you reinstall the game or change the device you will lose all the boosters and lives. We don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it is better if you use them while playing. Here are some tips on safeguarding your boosters.
