Why are gold bars not being added when I win them?

My gold bars are not accumulating and haven’t been for a few months. Why is this?

@tinacollier Hi and welcome, Do you mean you are winning gold bars and they are not being added to your game.

Please note gold bars in the piggy bank have to be purchased and when the piggy bank is full it will not accumulate gold bars till it is purchased or resets
