Ive been playing since 2013 faithfully and I'm on level 4367. Ive never won the Jack pot wheel. Why?

We're very sorry for your problem 😭 We don't know the cause of this problem at the moment, but can say that this is not a problem with your game and there is not need troubleshooting check.
We hope to find it again next week. If that's Dexter's problem 
The jackpot depends entirely on good luck & we can't say for sure you will find it. But game studio working on it and it can be a bit easier.
