Why am I not getting credit for passing levels in fantastic five?

I passed at least four levels today. I only received points for two of them. Why?

I just passed a hard level. Guess what I got for points in Fantastic Five? Yep, 0. Come on Candy Crush, play fair.

I am still on 600 points in Fantastic Five even though I have passed at least 5 levels, some hard ones. I just wonder why this is never fixed.

I am in 2004 level I am unable to connect with my Facebook account it shows connection error

Just cleared another hard level. Got 0 points again!

I keep passing levels and getting 0 points. Come on Candy Crush!!!

Candy Crush gave me 25 points for logging in even though I passed a level. 25 points is the most I get no matter what I do. Is that correct?? What should I be getting?

Another level passed, another 0 points awarded. I sure wish I didn't have to do this every time I play.

Don’t worry about it! This - along with every other “team” feature that King has forced upon us in these single-player games - is useless. If you access the settings from the main menu you can turn it off and not have to deal with it.

Have played about 10 games today. I finally finished a hard level. Candy Crush gave me 0 points for logging in earlier, and 0 points for passing the hard level.

I passed 99 levels in last week as no one position, but I didn't get prize(weekly toper)

I keep winning gold bars every day playing gum drop game but gold bars do not get added to my account. Why can't this be fixed. It is now approximately 15 gold bars not given that was won. Mike

This is getting old. I just finished a hard level, and again I got no point for it in Fantastic Five. Why have the game if you don't award the points we earn?

I noticed at some point that Fantastic 5 doesn't start automatically, so you can open the menu and start it manually.
Please check and let me know.

The only thing I see to open it is to click on it. I have done that many times to see if I got credit for completing a level. (I can only open it after playing one game) Is that what you are talking about? If so, doing that hasn't helped.

I just posed a complaint about getting no points for passing a hard level. I went back to the game and Candy Crush awarded me 25 points. I passed a hard level. I should have gotten more!!

I complained about not getting credit for passing a hard level. I went back to the game and got 25 points for logging in. I just completed another hard level and received no points again!!

After complaining again about not receiving points for completing another hard level, Candy Crush gave me another 25 points for logging in. Why don't they fix this. They must not bother to read any of this.
