just wanted to let you know that my game level is now restored. 😊 The candy crush saga customer care was extremely helpful and sorted this out for me.

But don't worry in this case I recommend you to contact our Player Relations team through here so they can set your game back on track. It's really important to choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic so the team can help you.

I understand you're playing on 2 devices and the other one is Samsung Tab 2 P3100? With older devices it's hard to say if the device is causing you issues or not. It also depends how heavily the device is used (how much internal memory is free and how much RAM the device has).

But in any case Candy Crush Saga officially requires Android version 4.1 at the minimum but devices with under Android version 4.5 can have issues. Here are some brief guidelines for improving the game performance on older devices.

Thankyou for your inputs - have tried this, and still does not work.. i do have many levels in between which i have already played, but have no stars on them.. i am currently on 4184, but many levels between 400+ and 3000 do not have stars on them somehow. I had crossed all these levels previously ☹️

If you're still having issues with the game dropping you at level 456, try replaying the level 456. The level doesn't show as it would have been passed yet (it doesn't have stars on it).

This is not a problem for your device. And your device is perfect for this game.😊In some cases, this issue may occur if the application is corrupted. Uninstall the game app and install again then check.
To do this you lose your stored boosters, which will not be refunded.

Thanks for your response.. that is indeed sad to hear that my android version is not supported. But the game did progress perfectly fine till 4100+ levels, but there was a sudden restart of my tab, and thats when i started noticing the mismatch with the levels.
apologies for the mobile model- it was Lenovo Z2 plus.

Thankyou so much for the trouble shooting steps. Have tried these- clearing cache and updating the app, but the current level still shows somewhere around 100 ☹️.
Is there a problem if i login through both facebook and kingdom on candycrush while playing?
Is there any other steps that i can follow for setting the correct current level?

Hi, let me offer you some information that might relate to the problem. As now King no longer support Android below 4.1, GTP3100 is a bit old. The phone I don't have any knowledge about it.

According to your screenshot I can see that there is no star mark on some level. I believe you played them. maybe the levels, for the server down or App crashing were not synced with the server. Or the game isn't fully connected to the server right now. I'm asking you to check out a few troubleshooting. Do them and let me know.

Clearing cached data can free up needed space by removing temporary files. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again.

To clear the cache for the app:

Open your device's Settings app Settings app.

Tap Apps & notifications.

Tap the app. If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.

Tap Storage and then Clear cache

Check your Game app update

Check to update the game app at least 1 time a week. App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update.

To update apps individually or in bulk using the Google Play Store app on your mobile device:

Open the Google Play Store app
