the game does not start

    Well, it looked as if there was an update available - so of Course I updated as thé last version wasn't able to start thé game. 
    But the same problem as before occurs directy - the orange King view shows, and then immediate shutdown.
    Checked the version to write it here - and whoaw... still says 1.159.0.2!
    Appreciate your prompt fix with the next, working, version!

    What device you are using for this game? 
    Android latest version 1.160.0.3

    I'm on a Sony tablet, and now it says 1.160.0.3 - just like you stated. 
    Problem still the same though... :-(

    We've found more problems like this and our team is working to resolve it.
    Don't delete or uninstall game app, and wait for the next news. 
    Hopefully this will be solved with the next app update.

    Are there still issues with Candy Crush loading? I received an on screen message there problems yesterday. Tried again later and wouldn't go past orange screen, now stuck on blue screen. Help please!

    I updated yesterday to version 1.161.0.2

    The game is still not loading, stuck on orange screen... now since 12th september!

    Hi...

    Apparently there is nothing new to the problem.
    I played Candy Crush Saga for many years ...
    There were many updates without problems ...
    Now it is not possible to start the game for over a month!
    If you turn to the support, you get ready-made standard answers that did not help. That makes me sad.
    I'll probably stop playing, oh what am I saying ... I did that over a month ago!
