my gold bar does not get credited

hi... 
since you guys have reintroduced giving gold bars on achieving sugar drops I have not been getting any gold bars added to my gold account. I play 2ice daily to gather as many sugar drops as possible and it very sad to see inspite of showing i received a gold bar, total does not change. I have lost out on 10 - 12 gold bars already ... please see if you can fix this

Yes, there seems to be some issues with Sugar Track's Gold Bar delivery but don't worry the game studio has been notified of this. Hopefully the rewards are given out normally soon! In the meantime I sent a small compensation your way

I also need to know are you playing with Facebook or a King account and which device are you using. In order for our team to look into your account, we need your game ID.
