Problem with the wheel at the end of the level

Hello everyone.
The wheel doesn't work for me after last update.
When the number of moves are finished, there's a wheel that help to win extra moves or other stuff. But it keeps moving and loading and I can't use it any more.
Any one else have the same problem? Is there any thing I can do to make it work?

This may be your problem for some reasons and If your game is not fully connected to the server, you may encounter this problem. Please check below given troubleshooting.  
Check your game properly connected with facebook or kingdom.
Check App update > Log out game from both id ( facebook +kingdom ) > Restart your device > Log in again.

Thanks for your answer. I checked everything you mentioned. My game is fully connected to king servers. Because I can use other features which need server connection. My app in update. I just checked again to make sure about that.
I did what u said step by step. But again I had the same problem.
