Extra moves wheel not working - just keeps spinning

So the wheel that shows up at the end of a game (where you're supposed to be able to spin and win extra moves or boosters) hasn't been working for a while now.  I've done all of the things I've found in previous discussions about this (cleared cache, checked internet connection, logged in through King instead of Facebook, uninstalled/reinstalled game) and nothing has worked permanently.  Uninstalling/reinstalling worked briefly, but within a couple of games it was back to the same issue - the wheel just keeps spinning with the message "Loading" and doesn't stop.

Any resolution to this?  It seems to be an ongoing issue for a lot of people, judging from previous questions.

Usually, this problem can occur if the Internet or the game is not fully connected to the server. Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps.Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
