Lost all Inventories

I have reinstalled candy crush coz it was  crashing, after the install and even connecting to Facebook, it does not bring my inventories and life back. I am on level 3846. I had a very rich inventory list and cant proceed if it's not resolved

I assume that you had the crash on the mobile device. Unfortunately, the boosters are only temporarily stored on the device, and not backed up like the gold and the score at King. Due to the new installation, these are unfortunately gone.

Hi @Wasim_Raja and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 As @Werner_Cichy already explained to you, the boosters you collect are saved on your device's memory. This means that you can reach them when you are offline but it also means that if you change the device or reinstall the game you will lose all the boosters you have collected. Because of this, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing the game. Here are some tips on how to safeguard your collected boosters.
