Gold missing

I had 35 pieces of gold I’ve been saving over many levels. Log in today to see it down to1. What’s up with that?!

In some cases for slow internet, the gold bars are updated late,You can check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In. 
If you do not use the game for 90 days, the gold bars will be lost from the game and will not be refundable. If that's not the case, let me know your  Game ID.We can give you accurate information.🤗

I tried uninstalling the game and installing again and it didn’t help. I only see the 14 gold I collected after the incident so still missing my 35. My candy crush used is PandaMe connected to my gmail marinchik01@gmail.com
