Hello @robinbnd and welcome to the Community. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem. Are you referring to downloading the app? What platform are you playing on - mobile or computer? Can you take a screenshot of the message? One of the first things you want to make sure is that you have a strong and steady internet signal if you are playing on a mobile device.
