Why am I not getting credit for collecting sugar drops, and why is my game suddenly in Turkish?

I am playing in Chrome, and have the updates and yet I still can't send or receive lives. Now I am not getting credit for the sugar drops, and this is getting very tired. I'm quickly losing interest in this entire Kingdom. It's very frustrating

It's still not fixed, but from my experience, relogging into the Kingdom will refresh your inventory, reflecting your credit for the sugar drops. If you remain in the window after collecting the sugar drops, the count is frozen.

There are a few glitches when playing the game through king.com.  The studio is aware of this but not sure when it will be fixed.  It was created with Adobe Flash and Adobe is doing away with Flash next year.  King is aware of this and they are slowly trying to move all the games to HTML5.  If you have access to the game any other way I would suggest that you do that.  You can play through Facebook or if you have Windows 10 or a mobile device you can sign in to your King account that way.
