Make sure you are signed into Facebook or candy crush community. Did you reinstall? If so, you may have to take a loss however; message candy crush and ask them if they can replace them (sometimes they will refund if you just bought them) or try to place on your desktop/mobile device which ever one you haven't played on yet and fingers crossed maybe your boosters will be there hope this helps 🙂
