How can I recover my level?? Please

My grandson was playing with my phone and all me days is gone... when I put candy crush back on my phone my levels was gone... I was in my 3000 and something please help

Go back to Facebook and type saga candy crush friends  type in email address

Type in “my” email??? Like on the page... I’m really not understanding... ernestine_compton@rocketmail.com is my old email... but my new email is ernestine.compton@gmail.com
