I can’t Open messages.

I don’t have Facebook, I play on my iPhone. It says that I have 14 messages, but when I open messages it is blank. What do I need to do?

I cannot retrieve the 30 lives in my message box. I can only send out lives. Can someone help me please.

Hi I’ve got the same problem on iPad and iPhone. Not getting any lives as it’s always blank when I open message centre. Very annoying. Has anyone found a fix yet please.

I have Samsung S9 and I have the same problem there's a number in my message box and when I click on it it is empty
