6 Hours of Candy Bomb and Stripe Candy

I earned these this morning and started using them. When I logged in to play again, they not only weren't there but they weren't even available to select to use on the Level 4597 screen. There was only a Play or Watch a video to get a free booster option. What happened to my 6 hours or even if the time ran out the option to select my own to use? There is no option to contact someone for help anywhere like most games have.

The issue that you have mentioned regarding being unable to use boosters on levels 4597 is due to how these levels are actually each tutorial levels implemented with the release of the new Crystal Candies. For this reason, the boosters that can generally be enabled or used prior to entering the level will not appear for use on these particular levels, however they should appear on levels such as 4599 and the levels 4601 and beyond. For the 5 levels (4596 -4597 -4598 4600 4603), there is this arrangement and this is not your game problem.The boosters you had previously should still appear in your inventory, but just won't be available for the mentioned levels.
You will be deprived of all additional benefits for the specified levels.

I checked my inventory and none of my boosters are there. I had almost 50 color bombs and about 30 striped/wrapped candies, etc.. My inventory shows that each of them is 0 now. And the 6 hours of free color bombs and free striped/wrapped candies, disappeared too. I've been playing this game for years and worked hard to earn those bonuses/boosters. I'd really like them back. I think this is just a chat room (?). Is there a way to contact someone in charge of the game that can help me with this?

My purpose is to give you the right advice. Your previous statement is not a problem but what I am afraid of now is because your game app has crashed. Please show me a screenshot of your booster bank.
