I lost my game

Hello team 
I send many email complains about the my games got restarted, I was on 2000+ level after updating the game, I lost the game 

It’s really bad service again again I’m sending the email not getting problem slowed, plz advice

Have u game connected from Facebook?? Facebook saves your progress and you can easily open it try to login directly from Facebook after opening it

I lost alot of games.
I passed 2093 games.now I am in my old game number 741.how can I get my new number of games?
