I passed level 2503 but didn’t advance- this is the 2nd time it’s happened

Hello @toula_752.  I'm sorry to hear that happened to you.  For future reference - if you can take a screen shot showing that you passed the level - it will help the studio figure out what the problem is.

In the meantime can you please check to make sure you have the latest version of the game, that you have cleared your cache and then restarted whatever platform you are playing on.  If that still doesn't correct the problem, then please  contact the Player support team through the 'contact us' link at the very bottom of the page.
