Not receiving lives from friends

I have switch from an old iPhone to a new one.  I can request lives from friends but my mail is empty.  On my old phone it shows I have 8 that were sent to me.  How can I fix this issue?  Do I need to delete the game from my old phone?  Please help, thanks!

You do not have to delete the game from your old phone. I would suggest you set your old phone back to factory settings should you sell or let someone else use it.

In the case of Android and iPhone, your collected lives are stored in phone memory. The stored lives can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process. You will not be able to transfer the lives to another device, you will lose the lives collected from your previous device.
