Hello @Barb_Howard - I am so sorry to hear that you don't have the golden trophy which gives you access to the fun events like Dexter, the Candy Pet and most of all the Build A Bot. You should have access to it. We definitely need to let the studio know and have them look into it for you.
Unfortunately - your lives and boosters are stored locally on whatever platform you are playing on so when you de-install and re-install the app, the memory is 'wiped clean' so all those saved boosters and lives are gone and can't be retrieved. Which is why we always try and warn the players that this should be done as a last resort.
However in your case it sounds like this did not correct the problem.
