I made a small in-app purchase to finish a level. The purchase went through but the app locked up and wouldn't let me complete the level. I had to start the level over again. That's very frustrating. I feel I should be compensated somehow.
Hello @js0873 and welcome to our friendly community. I can certainly understand your frustration and in fact that same thing has happened to me. If you should have this same problem again - when the game locks up or glitches (like a continuous falling candy) - take a screen shot and post it here in a thread and explain what happened and the studio may be able to help you out with your lost purchase.
