I can't buy anything my piggy bank go to the store to buy anyting I have updated everything and clear all my cache. I emailed and they said the next thing I can do is to reinstall my game does that mean everything goes back to the beginning and I lose everything?

If you log in with your Facebook account and you update the version, without removing the app from the phone, the data should remain.

My account is basically doing the same thing, 2 months now. I have reached out to King.com but apparently they don’t care. I haven’t been playing anymore. I am over level 5000 and can’t pass without the extras.
