Why says I'm not connected

I can't get rewarded on spinning wheel because no stop option. No friends or progress report .. etc

Hello @suzycscott and welcome to our wonderful community. What platform are you playing on - PC or mobile? The games need a strong and steady internet connection. When I have experienced this in the past, force closing my platform, waiting about 20 seconds and then restarting the platform (PC or mobile) and reopening the app usually clears up the issue.
You need to make sure that you have cleared your cache and have the latest version of the game (the app was just updated for IOS today). If you play via Facebook - you might try and log out of Facebook (if you can), de-install Facebook, restart your platform, re-install Facebook and reconnect your game to Facebook and hopefully that will correct the problem.However - if you cannot disconnect your game from Facebook (or king.com) because it says there is no internet connection - then I am afraid the only way to correct this problem is to de-install and re-install the game - but remember - if you do this you will lose all your lives and any saved boosters you may have! This should only be done as a last resort.
