Why piggy bank disappear

Hi @jjunited49 Welcome to the Community!!!! The same happened to me. I think it is because there is a event going on right now called "The Cosmic Climb" . But I am not sure. I have not read anything about it being stopped completely. I am in hopes it comes back!!!!

I have the piggy bank but tried to purchase 30 gold bars got note that purchase not sucessful and no money was taken out. tried 3 times - no gold bars then 3 payments appeared on my account for $2.99 each. now don't know what to do. will they refund my money ? will they inform me when problem is fixed ? have contracted them and now have to wait to see what is going to happen

Hi @ernstbln you may want to use the "Support" tab and ask for help there. They are great at these kind of problems and good people there.
