@Jelly_Jenny. I have not had the golden cup for over three months now!!!!Also I only have the spin wheel with nothing under it.  I have asked more than 3 times for help and no one replies!!!!

I am very sorry to say, Jelly Jenny cannot be found in this forum. However, the reason for your problem is that your game is not connecting to the server. There may be issues for a variety of reasons, but I'd like to see a screenshot of your game map to understand the problem.
