Why is there limited info for those playing on an IPhone

I only play on my IPhone. My computer is old and runs on Vista Windows. I play on the King App (not they FB - I don’t have an account) on the phone. I can’t be the only player out there who plays on that format. When problems occur there is no cache to clear. King rarely replies to me when I have a problem and when they do, the rep tells me there is nothing they can do to help me. It seems that most discussions involve playing on a PC. Where can I turn for help?
