When ever I purchase the "Achievement Bundle" the game charges me, hangs and freezes.

Whenever I purchase the "Achievement Bundle" the game charges me, hangs and freezes.  When I reboot.  I was charged for the Bundle but did not get the rewards.
The other Bundles work just fine.

This is the second time this has happened with the Ach. Bundle.
How do I get a refund or the rewards?
