Not recieving lives requests.

Not receiving requests for lives, no profile pic on players on my list, there are players I don't even know. This has been two weeks now, previous it was working fine, did CC do upgrades? Sonetbong has gone wrong. Please help

This problem can be caused by several reasons. However, slow internet is the main cause of this problem.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In. Tell me what device you're using for this game ? then I can tell you more.😉

My envelope is almost always empty now too and I’m positive that my aunt and my best friend are playing because of the weekly levels statistics. They usually send me lives but apparently it is hard for them to do so unless I request lives because they are hundreds or thousands of levels ahead of me.
