No possible moves? Level 4597

Am I stuck here? The blinking suggested move is to drop the blue candy at the bottom row of frozen squares inline with the two blue candies directly above the onion. However that move is not allowed because that blue candy cannot be moved from the frozen square. Am I missing something? This is only the second level I've seen frozen squares. Thanks!

You have to push the purple candy up.

I played Level 4597 way back in August of this year with No Boosters. I completed the level in 1 minute 11 seconds in 17 moves.
