Lost more than 250 gold bars

I was over 1530 lvl and i had many boosters, throphies and more than 260 gold bars. The game prompt me to log in, in order to save my progress. When i logged in with facebook account the game saved my boosters, level and throphies but deleted me more than 250 gols bars and now i have 14 gold bars. I have contacted support team twice but they respond to me with automatic mail. I dobt know what else to do. I am waiting from the game to give my gold bars back, otherwise i will slander the game
