how i can retrieve my password if my king account doesn't an inbox

Hello @vicktor!  Wish you a Very Happy and Healthy New Year from all of us at this King Community 🤗 

Are you wondering about the "Password Retrieval" for your Kingdom account? 

If so, this is how it works ---> If you do not remember password to enter into your Kingdom account, you will have to click on "Forgot Password" tab that is located below to the box where we enter our password;  
Once you do that, you will receive an message to the same email account, which you are using to enter into the Kingdom account;
Let's say you are trying to login into your Kingdom account through vicktor@gmail.com, you will receive a message from King to that email itself to change your password;
You will have to open that account and follow the instructions given in that email message.

Of course you will receive a password recovery email from king. In some cases, emails are stored in the spam box. That is why the email cannot be found in front.
Check "All mail" or "Spam".
