Purchasing boosters - password issues

Not game related, I have tried on numerous occasions to purchase cc boosters via my game in my tablet. Always says invalid password. It's so frustrating as the password I am entering is correct. I have changed the password a few times to see if helps but no joy. Does anyone know what the issue could be? Thanks Emma.

    Hello @emmawllc - Happy New Year and Welcome to our friendly community.  Are you playing via Facebook?  Do you have a credit card associated with the game?  For example - I play on mobile devices and I have a credit card associated with my Apple account - so when I want to purchase extra moves/gold bars - it just automatically debits my credit card once I confirm the purchase via physical scan.  I don't need a password.

    However - if you do have a credit card registered with the app, why don't you delete the credit card - shut down the platform you are playing on for 10-15 seconds, then when you turn it back on - re-enter the credit card info and see if that has cleared up your problem.
