game loading and candy drop prizes not getting rewards

How do I get my game to stop being slow on loading and also my candy drop prize machine is not working and I do not get all my rewards.

Hello @owlsrule and welcome to our wonderful community.  I am sorry to hear that you are having these problems but I think it is because your game is not always sensing an internet connection.  The game can be played off line but certain functions, like receiving your boosters from collecting sugar drops, need an internet connection to work.  You may be connected to the internet, but the game needs a strong and steady connection to work properly and if there is a temporary drop in signal, it can affect your game.

Please try the following steps and see if they help:

Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.

 Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.

Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 10-15 seconds.  Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.

When I experience this problem - usually just shutting down my tablet/phone for 10-15 seconds and then turning it back on will clear up the problem.
