level 6196 in candy crush can"t be open without a key

@Kim_Beachy - If you are playing level 6196 on a PC with the latest software version -  Version 1.1680.3.0 from the Microsoft Store, the studio is rolling out the changes to the latest version (PC) to correct the issue, and you should be getting it later today or during the weekend at some point.  So I would make sure you clear your cache and restart your PC (keeping it turned off for at least 10-15 seconds) to ensure the patch shows up.

If you can use booster, you can use a hammer to remove that layer of sugar chest.

My level 6196 only has 2 keys. The demo's I have watched have 3. With only 2, this is not possible to beat!

Playing on Win10 app on my laptop. The game isn’t syncing properly on my iPhone, and it doesn’t show my current level.

Thank you. I was able to get past it with the 3 rd key at work today on a different device.
