Bug with Candy Crush Saga

My game is not loading correctly.  I do not get the trophy or the daily awards.  I asked on FB if anyone else had the issue, one person said the shutting down and restarting the device corrected.  It has not for me.  If I uninstall the game and reinstall will I loose my gold bars and lives?  Is there another way to resolve the issue?

    I am using a PC Windows 10 home addition, Version of game is 1.1661.10

    According to your screenshot, I can see that your game is not connected to the server. Your game app is probably corrupted, so you uninstall and reinstall the app. You will lose the stored lives but will get back the Booster Gold bars and Game Progress.😊I hope this process will solve your game problem.
