Lost User Account and Lost Levels

I have been playing candy crush for years on iPhones and was at level 4500. I had never linked my email or Facebook to the account, and yet I never had a problem with the games being transferred when I got new devices.
Two weeks ago I accidentally hit the prompt to link my Facebook account. Once I did this I completely lost all of my lives and when I logged out to see if my other account would reinstate no such luck.
Is there any way to get these back? Long time player but no desire to start over again

Of course, you can get back to your level. You connect your current game via a Facebook or Kingdom then you need to contact our Player Support. Complete the form as shown in the screenshot below, and then submit a description of your problem.
