1) What platform are you playing on? Windows 10, Android, iOS (Apple)?
2) Do you have a king.com account? (It saves your progress, as well) It might just be easier to try to use that for yourself.
3) Have you tried to: log her out of Facebook in the game, go to the app in Settings, do a Force Stop, then clear CACHE (not Data!)
The device has to save some data related to the game, like boosters. It may not be capable of storing two different game data files for one app. for two different individuals
