Problem with level 6136 is not solved.

Hi @bearwithme, played 5 games on this level just now and in 4 of them all keys were collected but no unlocking. I used move and lollipop hammer on two occasions, not to mention the lost lives.

Hello @Albert_Heinrich and thank you for your information.  I have passed it on to the studio.  Also I was incorrect before - the fix was for a different level, but the studio is now aware of this issue and is actively investigating it and the information you have provided will definitely help.  Thank you.

Hello everyone. The studio has made a change to level 6136 that should have corrected the problem. 

Please clear your cache and turn off the platform you are playing on for 10-15 seconds before turning it back on again. Hopefully when you play the level again you will be able to collect the fruit and complete the level. 

If for some reason you still have problems please report it back here along with the make and model of what you are playing on and the software version as well as your player ID#. Also please describe what you did to collect the keys and what happened.

I have been stuck on this level for several days. I just tried your latest suggestion. I cleared my cache and turned my phone off for a few minutes. I tried it again and it didn't work. I also went back and cleared the storage. That was not successful either. It just deleted all of my boosters. I am playing on my phone, which is an Alcatel Fierce, Android phone. I play version 1.167.0.2.  I would sure love it if you could fix this.

As of today January 14 the glitch is happening in level 6136.

I have the movil app version 1.167.0.2 and the level 6136 doesn't work yet. After collecting the keys, the fruits do not fall down, there are always blocked.

 I would suggest that you update the app and clear the cache.
