Why do I always lose synchronization when I play candy crush.  I not longer see the name of my friends and their progress and I can no longer send them for life.  Can you tell me how to reset the synchronization and not lose it.  Thank you.

I guess you're playing on a mobile device. It happens to me once a week that the connection to facebook is lost, although it is displayed. I can not say whether it is due to updates or the device. The only thing you can do is to log out of the connection to Facebook and log in again.

Please log out / log in from Facebook in the game

In your game please go to the red gear and then to the question mark, then you will come to the help center. Find your problem and follow the steps that appear there. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer and describe your problem and send it off.
