Por que ingresi a candy y me devuelve al.nivel 1, y me borra todas mis ayudas, me deja en 0

Me toca entrar varias veces para q ne deje en el nivel q voy .3529..devuélvanme mis ayudas 😠😠. Por q me devuelve al nivel 1.😥
