Hi @jewelanne9 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Was your game connected to a King or a Facebook account on your previous device? That's very important because that's how we save our progress. If it was connected, all you need to know is to open the game, tap the blue "My Account" button and reconnect your game with either a King or a Facebook account.
If your game was not connected you will have to contact the support team here https://soporto.king.com/contact as we don't solve these issues in the Community. Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue.
