Sinc candy crush saga from my phone and old I pad to my new I pad and my desk top

How do I sinc the candy crush saga to my new I pad.  On my new I pad when I downloaded candy crush saga I had to start over and I’m on level 2294 as of right now on my old I pad and my phone.  I would like to sinc it with my desk top computer as well.  Help me please!

If you have already saved your game via Facebook or the Kingdom, then of course you can log in to the new device and play the game through that account. You can log in to the game by actively logging into the new device's Facebook app. Or you can click the button below to get the login page.
