So what are they testing, that's what I'd like to know?
Perhaps they think if boosters are limited, players will have to resort to buying them!!

I'd say those playing for sugar drops are least likely to buy & more likely to find another option.

This game has gotten boring ,without the sugar drops it’s not as much of a challenge,I’m on level 4098...but to get there I would go back to other levels to earn sugar drops for boosters,I also spend money on occasion ,to pass a level..but I know I DEFINITELY WIIL NOT BE SPENDING ANY MORE..the game is BORING and o longer worth as much of my time.
