My chocolate box won’t connect with server.

I have logged out and back in, and still not working. Everything else is working in game and collecting special items. Just the chocolate box does not connect. Please help.

    Hi there!

     I would suggest updating your app and clearing the cache and then waiting a bit. It is best if you go to another game and come back later. Some things then fix themselves. According to my experience.

     You shouldn't do much. Just be patient.

    This has been happening for weeks , I just thought it would clear itself. But it didn’t, so unless you have anymore suggestions I guess it will stay broken and I will have to delete it , because as far as I know if you update it you lose all your stuff and levels

    We have found several more such problems and the problem will be resolved. The problem is reported and the solution is in progress. Hopefully everything will be back to normal next week.
