My progress is lost

Dear team, 
I am contacting you since I have switched from iPhone to Android and my data is lost. Signed up via Facebook and I can see my data and progress in my iPhone but when I sign in via the Android I see that I have reached level 156. Sposed to be level 3989!! Please help me
