Can't get my prices

Hi
I can't retrieve the prices I get from the candy machine when a level is completed. It keeps telling me I need to connect to get them but I'm always connected. 
I believe I'm not the only player with this issue. 
Can you help us please?

This happens to me all the time.   Candy crush tells me I'm not connected but everything else is running fine.    Sometimes it helps to turn the wifi off for a few seconds and then try to connect again.
