How do I regain the 11 levels I lost when I signed up for the King account?

I signed up for a King account and when I went to sync my device, I had lost 11 levels. There were several really hard levels which I do not wish to repeat. Please help me get rid of the King account and retrieve my level on Facebook.

I often need to go to Settings and do a Force Stop and clear the cache to get my devices synced. If you've tried that....

At the bottom of this screen is a Contact Us link. They are very good at getting back to you. Describe the problem in detail. They'll email you with the email address provided in the form.
