Add Special Candy Boosters to Game Board

These are boosters that are earned and/or purchased by the player. Too often they are wasted on the first move because they all detonate at the same time.
They could be added to the board booster menu, even if they're capped so you can only place a certain number of them per level it would help a lot. 
While it would be awesome to have the ability to place them wherever you want, and while random placement of them could be iffy, it would be better than what we have now. None of them after the first move or two.
